When the idea for Jackalope Junction was first presented “out there”, dozens upon dozens of concept artists from the themed entertainment industry reached out, wanting to help (and to this day, still do!). Folks from Disney, Universal, independent scenic design companies, freelancers, and even students who hope to work in the industry someday.
And they all offered to contribute voluntarily…
Below are some amazing samples from these incredibly talented folks, who truly believe that Jackalope Junction will be a big deal, and that this could be the new “Disneyland” — in the same vein of what Walt Disney created to change how folks view amusement parks. He set the bar for what became the word “Theme Park”.
And you know what? This will change how people view current theme parks, for the better. We’re now setting the bar for what will become the word “StoryPark”!

One of the more interesting places to visit will be the shop of Blacksmith Bill, who takes ordinary wooden wagons - from buckboards to covered wagons to stagecoaches; and then tests them on his custom "test trail", full of surprises and fun!

Unlike most theme parks, we want guests to be able to enjoy Jackalope Junction to its fullest, and give families the chance to sleep under the stars for their first time - so we plan to have several teepees and covered wagons, where guests can spend the night, along with a campfire story time, dinner, and wake up to a real live Cowboy breakfast in the morning!
We plan to have several "traveling salesman" wagons come through town- and this one is just perfect for a cold winter's night with plenty of hot cocoa, marshmallows, and peppermint sticks!
Jackalope Junction will have a variety of food options, and one is this converted powder keg of TnT, now the small taco shop owned by our very own Señor Molé - and not just any taco shop, but with recipes from his grandmother - a native of the small town of Old San Diego, California (Part of the famous Estudillo family who founded old San Diego!) - and arguably the best Mexican food in the country!
The time caverns guests will pass through to get to Jackalope Junction. These may seem like every day ordinary amethyst crystals but in fact, they're time crystals, and are activated when someone has one on them, or are "bathed" by certain sound frequencies.
The dilapidated home of the enigmatic and reclusive Ping Pang Poo, part scientist and magician who is trying to solve the mystery of the miners and children who went missing from the local mine caves after a tragic cave in.
Once the factory along the mine train tracks where WonderStones™ were separated from rock and debris, and then cleaned up for shipment, this old abandoned building became the home of Willy J. Otter, ex-Moonshiner and now Chocolatier who loves to use some of his famous moonshine recipes in his fudge and other chocolates!
The outside of the mine caves, full of WonderStones™, where the miners of Mighty Oak Springs once pulled out gems and crystals with mysterious properties to be sold to the highest bidders for good, and evil.
The Grand Saloon - the epitome of pride and grandeur before the fall of Mighty Oak Springs. Once a grand saloon and restaurant with fine dining and the finest of furnishings, guests to Jackalope Junction can come to eat, catch a show, and may even be called to volunteer in a magic show.
